| Abstract： | Braverman introduced an index theorem for a non-compact manifold using a Dirac operator and a vector field which has a compact vanishing set. In this talk, I will discuss a KK-theoretic approach to Braverman’s index theory. This is a joint work with Yiannis Loizedes and Rudy Rodsphon. |
